2. Description of Service

BrightFuture.AI provides an AI-powered content generation platform that enables users to create text, images, and other media using artificial intelligence. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate content.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Ensuring the information you provide remains accurate and up to date

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

BrightFuture.AI operates on a prepaid credit system. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as content is generated
All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider
Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
Credits are non-transferable between accounts

5. Refund Policy

      Credits that have not been used may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Requests must be submitted via our contact page. Once credits have been used to generate content, they cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse or policy violations.
    

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BrightFuture.AI to generate or distribute content that:

Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
Constitutes spam, deceptive practices, or misleading information
Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
Impersonates any person or entity
Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using BrightFuture.AI is owned by you, subject to the following conditions:

You retain ownership of the output content you create
You grant BrightFuture.AI a license to process your inputs to deliver the Service
The BrightFuture.AI platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property
You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightFuture.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content generated will meet your specific requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
